You want connection, but keep finding yourself in the same argument—or pulling away before you can say what you need.
Whether you are coming alone or as a couple, we explore the patterns around trust, conflict, boundaries, and intimacy. You do not have to understand the whole pattern before asking for help.
My approach includes IFS-informed work to help you recognize the parts of you that protect, react, or long for closeness.

Couples Counseling
Sometimes the problem isn't one person. It's the pattern you've created together.
You may love each other deeply but you feel stuck having the same arguments over and over. Oftentimes, frequent arguments eventually lead to disconnection from one another, and couples feel unsure how to move forward.
Yes, communication has broken down, intimacy has changed, and resentment is slowly creeping in. But it doesn’t have to stay that way.
Couples counseling gives you a space to slow down, actually understand the patterns beneath your conflict, and learn how to connect with one another in a new way.
The goal of couples therapy isn't to decide who's right—it’s about relationship. I can help both of you feel heard, understood, and connected again.
From reacting toward relating.
Through IFS-informed therapy, we slow down and notice what happens inside you during conflict: the part that defends, the part that withdraws, or the part that fears rejection. Understanding those reactions can create more room to choose how you respond.
We also practice expressing needs, listening, repairing after conflict, and setting boundaries. Our goals are shaped around your relationship and circumstances, and we review progress together.
If past experiences or unwanted sexual behaviors affect connection, we can discuss how to address them. faith integration is available if you want it.
