In a free 15–20 minute phone or Zoom consultation, we can talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and whether my IFS-informed approach fits your needs. You can ask questions before deciding on next steps.

What does therapy cost?

Individual sessions are $175 for 50 minutes. I am out of network and do not bill insurance directly. A monthly superbill is available on request; reimbursement depends on your plan. We can discuss fees and current appointment availability during the consultation.

Where can we meet?

Online throughout California, or in person at 1945 Palo Verde Ave, Suite 207, Long Beach, CA 90815. Telehealth clients must be located in California for sessions.

What happens next?

If we agree that working together is a fit, we discuss scheduling and intake. If another kind of support would suit your needs better, we can discuss that too.
