About Luis
I help men break the cycle of anxiety, addiction, and relationship conflict — not by talking around the problem, but by getting to what's actually driving it and building the skills to change it for good.
I bring years of experience, a direct approach, and (for those who want it) a faith-integrated lens.
I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #147456, supervised by Andrea Connor, LMFT #133757) at Metanoia Family Services. I hold two master’s level graduate degrees in theology and marriage and family therapy.
When I am not helping clients, I like to read, workout, grapple jiu jitsu, and spend time watching sports.
